- From the Apple TV home screen, open the App Store, search for IBO Player and download it.
- Launch IBO Player. The first screen displays two codes that belong to this Apple TV, the MAC address and the device key. Take a photo of it or copy both down.
- Switch to a phone or laptop and open the page where IBO Player is activated. Type in both codes, followed by the server address, username and password that your login email gave you.
- Close the app on the Apple TV, then open it once more. The channel list loads and you can choose something to watch.
Activation runs on the two codes, so the three login items belong on that page and not only inside the app.
Pro IPTV UK on Fire TV Stick
The stick takes one extra move, because IPTV Smarters Pro is fetched with the Downloader app instead of the store. It takes a few minutes and you only do it once.

- Install the Downloader app from the Fire TV store. It will fetch IPTV Smarters Pro for you.
- Open the Fire TV settings and allow Downloader to install unknown apps, so IPTV Smarters Pro can go on. On most sticks this sits under My Fire TV and Developer options.
- Open Downloader and type in the web address of the maker's official page for IPTV Smarters Pro. Let the file download and choose Install when IPTV Smarters Pro is offered.
- Open IPTV Smarters Pro and pick the login option that asks for server details. Type in the server address, username and password from your login email.
- Give IPTV Smarters Pro a moment to load the lists, then open a channel.

A MAC address is a string of letters and numbers in pairs, and the TV displays it for you. Copy it carefully, since a single wrong character stops the activation.

A MAG box runs without any app. Everything comes from a portal address, and the MAC printed on the label tells the system which box is asking.

- Locate the portal address in your login email, and the MAC on the label of the box.
- On the MAG box, open its settings and find the place where a portal address is entered.
- Type in the portal address from the email, then save.
- Restart the box. When it starts up, the portal loads and the channels follow.

What do I need before I set up Pro IPTV UK?
Your login email and one of the screens above. The message holds a server address, a username and a password, and a MAG box finds its portal address there too. If it is still missing after roughly 15 minutes, check the junk folder and then write to support.
Which app goes on which screen?
Every block names one app only. Apple TV, Samsung and LG sets use IBO Player. Fire TV Stick, iPhone, iPad, Android phones, tablets, Windows and Mac use IPTV Smarters Pro. Android TV and Google TV use TiviMate. For a MAG box, skip apps altogether.
Why do Samsung, LG and Apple TV sets need two codes?
The MAC address and device key identify your particular television or Apple TV. They go onto the activation page next to the server address, username and password, which ties the login to that screen.
Can I put TiviMate on my phone?
No. TiviMate is a television app, offered for Android TV and Google TV. Phones and tablets use IPTV Smarters Pro.
My MAG box shows an error. What should I do?
Check the portal address for typing slips and restart the box once more. If the portal still will not load, send support the MAC from the label plus the email address on your order.
